Sell-out Christmas lunch with John Sergeant

150 senior representatives from Nottingham’s business community will be attending the Nottingham City Business Club Christmas lunch which takes place on Friday 12 December and at which renowned British television and radio journalist and broadcaster John Sergeant is the guest speaker.

Formerly political editor of ITN, John has also spent 30 years with the BBC. As a reporter, he covered conflicts in many parts of the world, including Vietnam, the Middle East and Southern Africa, before settling down as a political correspondent. Possibly one of the best known faces on television and a fantastic after dinner speaker, John is sure to enthral and intrigue those attending the lunch.

The event, which is a sell out, is being sponsored by John Pye Property, the headline sponsor.  Actons Solicitors, Air IT, Nottingham Business Expo, Notts County Football Club and Turner & Townsend are also corporate sponsors of the event.

At the lunch there will a raffle with some great prizes including the traditional wheelbarrow courtesy of Frank Key, £100 Chino Latino Voucher, Dinner, a show & backstage pass to Nottingham Playhouse; Match day tickets to Notts County with hospitality, Nottingham Forest tickets including hospitality and a Four Ball at the Nottinghamshire Golf & Country Club to name a few! All the money raised from the raffle and an auction will go to Parkinson’s UK Nottingham Branch.
