October lunch – Trevor Williams, Chief Economist at Lloyds Bank

Trevor Williams, chief economist at Lloyds Bank – Commercial Banking, was the guest speaker at the recent Nottingham City Business Lunch when he shared his thoughts on the challenges and opportunities that Brexit holds for the UK’s economic future with the local business community.

Trevor has been in his present role with Lloyds Bank for over 15 years.  He is also a visiting Professor at the University of Derby and chairman of the Institute of Economic Affairs Shadow Monetary Policy Committee (SMPC).

Trevor lectured in economics and business statistics before joining the Civil Service as part of GEC for two years.
