NCFIC CEO Sleep Out

A team representing Nottingham City Business Club will be taking part in the charity CEO sleepout organised by Notts County Football in the Community (NCFITC) that is taking place at Meadow Lane on 11 October.

The initiative, which is now in its third year, is designed to raise awareness of homelessness and poverty particularly in Nottingham and to raise money for Notts County FITC as well as homeless charities Emmanuel House and The Friary. Local business people are being encouraged to sign up and take part.

The club decided to throw its weight behind the initiative and getting on for a dozen members have already signed up to take part. Leading by example are members of the club’s council including club president Ian Roberts of SLR Consulting; immediate past president Mark Deakin of Turner & Townsend; club treasurer James Simmonds of UHY Hacker Young; club secretary Deborah Labbate of Deborah Labbate Business Solutions; Ross Davies of Strafe Creative; Charlotte Moreland of Train for Business; John Collins of Professional Coaching Alliance and Simon Gray of Pembridge Gray.
