We are a multi-award winning social enterprise who work collaboratively and always in a heart centred way across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
Our network of specialists come together to inspire and support young people, their parents, schools & communities with a variety of wellbeing offers. Through an early intervention and prevention model, we empower them to feel more confident in managing the everyday ups and downs of life through workshops, events and online resources that can be used in the home, school, community and business.
