You are most likely to have already seen that a number of events have been cancelled and we appreciate that some of our members are limited by their organisations as to what they are ‘allowed’ to attend with some people already working from home or making preparations to do so.

We have taken the decision to cancel our event now, as delaying the decision will only incur contractual costs to the Club in relation to the venue and catering and we are sure you can appreciate this.

If you have already booked to attend the March lunch we will roll your booking over to April.

In regards to the lunch on Friday 17 April 2020, we will carry on to monitor the situation  carefully and communicate with your further by the end of the month to confirm if April’s lunch will go ahead and we will reopen the booking link for April on the website.
