April lunch with Ian Roberts & Tim Hatton

Ian and Tim talked about power and draw of football locally, nationally and internationally and the work being carried by the club through their Football in the Community Scheme.

A lifelong fan, Ian joined Notts County in 2012 acting as an advisor to the board on a range of football, business and community issues. Ian has been involved in Nottinghamshire amateur team sports for most of his life as a player, manager and administrator.

Ian is also a founder director of SLR Consulting, one of the world’s largest environmental consulting organisations operating across 5 continents.

Tim Hatton is senior manager at Notts County Football in the Community. Notts County Football in the Community is an award winning independent charity that provides a diverse range of innovative programmes that make a positive difference to people in Nottingham, raising aspirations and supporting some of the most disadvantaged, marginalised and talented people across the city.
